1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement for the following reasons:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- The item is incorrect or missing from your order
- The product is expired or not as described
Due to the perishable nature of many grocery items, returns are not accepted for:
- Products that are opened, used, or no longer in original packaging
- Items delivered in perfect condition but later spoiled due to improper storage
- Fresh produce unless proven damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery
2. Return Window
All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this window may not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return

4. Refund Process
If your return request is approved:
- You may receive a replacement product or a full/partial refund, depending on the issue
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or credited to your Item Haat wallet
- Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear depending on your payment provider
5. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting customer support
- Once the order is out for delivery, cancellations are not permitted
- In case of cancellation after payment, a full refund will be issued
